The Story of the Herods

INTRODUCTION

When we read in the gospel accounts and in Acts about Herod, some mistakenly think of one man. There were, however four men who bore that name and who played a role in the history of the cause of Christ. These men represented four generations of the tyrannical Herod family. Each generation of Herods had a confrontation with some phase of the cause of Christ. We will see how this family was often the Devil's tool to oppose the cause of Christ.
